Hina Khan's fans brace yourselves as a sad news has just arrived that the

 Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai's leading lady is hospitalized. Yes, the actress is suffering from an abdominal alignment and was rushed to hospital. Hina is not been shooting for her show since past 3 days and the doctors have even conducted few tests. It seems like she is having a severe injury on her abdominal area. According to the sources, 'Hina has been recuperating in the hospital'. Sadly, this happened when the actress who was holidaying in London had returned to shoot again but, all of a sudden things went wrong and she land up in hospital. Although, we tried to contact the hospital authorities but, they remained unavailable for any comments about he current condition. We wish the actress a speedy recovery.
